About Tony

I'm Tony, I'm a co-founder at Pembrokeshire Tea, I live at visitor centre there, an 800 year Water Mill with our Retired Greyhound called 'Gem' and our found lurcher puppy called 'Teacup'. We also have five chickens, Arthur the Cockerel, Fluffy, Myfanwy, Jemima and Hannah.

I used to live in London, working as a consultant in branding for communities and visual diversity awareness, then fell in love with Pembrokeshire.

You can often find me either climbing up to the Trefgarne Rocks, hiking up Foel Eryr or more often at work in the blending room.

I started horse riding in September 2010, after my fitness and disability stopped me from being a cyclist where I completed in international endurance rides and events at an amateur level until 2006. With my record ride being from London to the Alps and back for one event.

I'm a keen astronomer, sailer, and artist, all of which I embrace in my work bringing ideas from all my interests into our tea business in some way. I have been blending teas for over 15 years now and together with my work as a founder at Pembrokeshire Tea, I also do interviews on Radio & TV on local foods and produce and more recently public tea tasting sessions.
